DESIGN PROCESS

A designer will reach out to provide you our contract, questionnaire and a link for all photos of your space.
2 - Fill Out The Provided Owner's Questionnaire
Get Measuring!
3 - Preliminary Design Review Session
Virtual meeting to review concept images for the space to ensure our visions align.
6 - Finishing Touches
Your designer will make any final edits and changes to your design package based on the feedback provided.
5 - Secondary Design Review Session
Virtual Meeting to review the full design package and answer any questions.
4 - Creation of Your Personalized Virtual Design Package
A designer will develop your personalized package to include; 3D Rendering, Fixtures and Finish Specifications, Floor Plan and Elevations are Required.
7 - Implement Your Design!
A Final Digital Design Package and Shopping List Will Be Provided.
VIRTUAL DESIGN PRICING STRUCTURE
Our virtual design service is priced per room for ease and clarity, but the service can be utilized for multiple spaces. We define a room as a space serving a single function, so if you have an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining room and living room these would be considered three different rooms. There is a standard flat fee for the first room and we offer a discount for each additional room thereafter. For whole home pricing please reach out for a customized quote.

An important foundation, Your designer will curate a group of images, colors, and design elements to inspire the look and concept of the project.

FINISH + FURNISHING SELECTIONS
Your designer will assemble a tailored collection of finishes, furnishings, and fixtures to achieve a cohesive design for your space. This includes everything from paint colors and tiles to faucets, upholstered chairs, and carefully chosen accessories as your project requires.
FLOOR PLAN + ELEVATION
3D CONCEPTUAL RENDERING
A floor plan will be provided, focusing on improving the functionality and experience in each space. Interior elevations will be provided as required by the design, specifically when additional information is required beyond what is shown in the floor plan.
You'll receive a conceptual color rendering that allows you to visualize your space from multiple perspectives and angles.
SHOPPING LIST
Our designers will supply you with a detailed list, including links to all chosen fixtures, furnishings, and finishes, enabling you to execute the design at your own pace.
